Slight Change to Replies

It would be nice to be able to change replies to have a toggle to automatically *not* ping the person you are replying to by default as opposed to the current default which is to ping. Not only do I find myself almost always clicking the button to not ping the person I am replying to, but outside of really big servers having replies ping often just makes normal chats more annoying to use.

  TLDR, it would be nice to have to choose to ping the person instead of having to choose to not ping them
