Incognito Voting System

To begin with, this is just a small suggestion. But, what if there was an implementation of an incognito voting system. Which allows members of a server to vote on an idea without having there vote being visible to others. Now I know that this really doesn't matter in certain ideas, but for the certain ideas where having an incognito vote might seem reasonable. As of now, we just use a thumbs up or down emoji to cast a vote.

Additionally, what if there was an implementation of a formal voting system. Which can be done discreet to each individual, or be open to see. To me, this could be a good idea in adding a formal way of cast a vote for a server idea or change within the server. It sounds like a great idea to me, but I shared my two cents.
