Was my account banned or disabled?

I typed discord in the search bar like usual, and it had a button that said open,(keep in mind I am using it on a laptop and I haven't downloaded it), I clicked the open discord button and it loaded and everything seemed fine until I realized it was different. My friends list? Empty. All the servers I was in? Empty. All my messages? Gone. How do I get things back to normal ASAP? I talk to two friends on there and Discord is our only sense of communication since we met on there. I attached an image of what I'm looking at.

  Weird thing is though it works fine on my phone, just not my laptop..

  Discord support couldnt give a damn, given how easily they disable accounts for no reason, and delete them whenever they feel like it. No crimes committed.
