Syncing Category

Hello, I have a category that is everyone cannot see any permission which is all permissions has cross and not tick so they cannot see or do anything but actually when I create a new room they can see it, How can I sync any channel automatically be like the category is when the channel gets created on the category? There is no option says sync all channels or like that. Please help me.

    All I want is how can I make all channels be synced with it's category automatically. and I can edit any room like I want without it breaks the other rooms.
