Account got disabled for sending to many messages in a short time

Hello, (sorry when the english is not perfect, it's not my mother language)

I'm just trying now in all way to get my account back.

I'm a server team member in a Discord with 1.4K followers and the owner of the Discord server has his 1 year stream anniversary which is also a Twitch partner and for this day I have thought of something special.

A Kudoboard was created so that the whole community can send a few nice words to this person, which is then passed on to the streamer during the stream.

My account was disabled because I sent too many messages in too short a time.

I didn't do the whole thing on purpose or with any bad intention.

I just wanted to make the streamer happy by showing them how much their community is behind this person.

Also people from the Server Team and myself reached out to the support from Discord multiple times and tried to explain the whole situation. I wouldn't say yes if I had done it with bad intentions, but that's not how it is. 

I already wrote an mail to the abuse@discord.com eMail address. 

I just want my account back nothing more.

  I didn't consider that it would fall into the spam category.
