Can't get into old discord account

So I restarted my computer and when i tried to log in into discord it wouldn't allow me to, and before that when i was actually allowed to be on it, it kept saying that my email was not verified and whenever i pressed the button it wouldn't send an email to me. If anyone can help me get it back it would be a great help

  Has you looked in the spam folder? And is that the right email?

  I am currently using a different email for the complaint but i did use the correct email for when i tried getting into my old account, and yes i did check spam
