Situation where authentication is not possible when changing mobile phone number

Everyone know discord is good app but i still can't log in because the verify way is only one.. Just phone number, I do the inquiry but they just use the bot and I say i want register my new number and also i do the I wrote my new phone number in the phone number part of the inquiry, just if they saying "Need register new number?" and "What's the email's password" that's will be easy but why, why discord doesn't add that i need help guys.
