Discord support not responding at all for disabled account
So my discord account got disabled because of discords bot when I literally changed my own email and I really need it back. I contacted support 10 days ago and still have no response. Will my account get deleted and when will they respond?

apparently when you call their HQ, there’s only bots answering, or they just hang up on u!! i recently got my account disabled for being underage which i’m not and i sent 3 tickets showing proof of my ID, and yet no reply besides from the clyde bot.. i have an ongoing nitro subscription on that account too🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️, and yet on twitter and facebook i got no response, this rly sucks

Although it's only been 5 days since my account was disabled for NO REASON whatsoever, they keep marking my requests as "solved" just a couple of minutes after they were created, I don't even get automated messages from the bots, it's just complete radio silence. Again, I haven't even received a reason for why my account was disabled, no email message, no nothing. I pinged them on Twitter, but nothing came out of it. This is probably the worst experience with tech support I've ever had.

Just got a response to my first ticket I created a week ago. ******* Clyde sent me a cliched message saying I violated the terms of service blah blah blah, we will not restore your account. Exactly what rule did I break, discord? Because I am pretty certain that I didn't break any rule and got my account disabled from your stupid anti-scam/spam algorithms that do nothing against actual scammers or bot accounts. And if I did violate some rule which you refuse to specify, why was my account only disabled but not banned? I wonder if other people who had to wait much longer for a response got a similar message from discord that basically says, "F you, we're not reinstating your account and we won't tell you what you did, have a nice day, pleb."

My Account get restricted for age but I'm 17 I send them a paper with my id informations with my name and my face but they didnt accept it now I have 2 days to get help or my account will be deleted :(

This is honedtly insane, been waiting for 14 days on my ticket about my accoumt being falsly disabled and still no response. Discord honestly should be ashamed of their support.

i've been disabled for dming too many people in a dm server lol, now i cant even message my own friends and i opened three tickets, one of which was 5 days ago. wtf discord, what the f*ck.

Doctor Gadget your account didn't get deleted in those 3 months? Can you get into the details on how you enabled your acc back? I got disabled twice in 2020,2021 for being underaged (which i wasn't and I provided them proof and got my acc back) but this time they didn't even explain me why i was disabled, no email at all.

HEY DISCORD, it's been over 2 weeks since my account had been falsely disabled with proofs. And still no actual response even after contacting everywhere possible and making appeals. Why's that? I'll probably loose my account soon! Discord Support has one job, which they can't do properly.

My account got disabled for a false reason 2 days ago. I opened a support ticket just one hour after the E-Mail. Still no activity on the ticket. I just paid for Nitro and I'm worried that it will charge for Nitro again even tho I can't access the account. Absolutely horrible experience…

The only "questionable" messege that i have sent was “I didnt know if Jesus was male or female💀”, and i say questionable because a human wouldnt have cared about it. I sent a request on the support page, sent a messege on twitter and facebook too, but no response in a week. And i am so annoyed, because i had my life in the account…

Godzsa Rego yeah there is a high chance by the time they respond they will say something like “ we aren’t reactivating your account” also send multiple requests or they won’t respond and will auto solve your request

i asked the discord support to re-enable my disabled account and remove my phone number off it like 4 months ago and i still havent gotten a response yet… discord support is the worst support ive ever seen, somehow even worse than the roblox support

I'm in the same boat at the moment but I'd argue mine's worse, I went to support and after getting back into my account and closing the ticket, it was randomly reopened and they changed my password as well as invalidating my backup codes, didn't even disable it, just made it so I can't access it.

The thing is I know I am not going to get my account back, and they did not disable the one that got banned falsely so I cannot use the phone number for my new account.

Going through the same issue.
First time i got banned for being on a server where someone did something, they did not release my account.
Second time they accused me of breaking ToS, after waiting approx, 1 month, without further explaination. (Copy & pasted the “account wont be reinstated”)
This is the third time, got 2 emails at the same time in the middle of the night saying i've been disabled.
This ticket has now been awaiting support for 10 days and last activity was a few hours after initial opening.
I suspect that if they answer at all, they are once againgoing to copy paste “account wont be reinstated”
To think this problem has been in place for years is vile.
(i'll come back here to update regardless of how it goes, good or bad or if they dont answer at all)3
