Account Name Changing

I'd like to push for a change on how username changing goes. Us Nitros have to inherently pick a discriminator whether we like it or not, which I find annoying. Introducing an option for a randomizer instead of picking manually helps us circumvent the concept of picking the number out.

With that in mind, I've tried to change before acquiring Nitro which forces us to have a random Discriminator, but it didn't allow me to either, suggesting all the 10000 numbers are taken, which I find hard to believe. Alternatively, there could be introduced the concept of randomizing account's names#discriminators after 365 days of inactivity, so that the clients that are actually active get to use the names they identify as. Another option would be the introduction of 100000 numbers instead, looking at five discriminator numbers instead of just four.

I'd really like to see this implemented as I can't see why it shouldn't.
