disabled due to multiple chargebacks

okay so i got nitro using my moms paypal for a few months and she knew i was using it, but she was unfamiliar with what discord was and charged back the monthly auto subscription  without me knowing. she canceled the most recent one (so in total onal charged back once) and i was disabled. my original account has alot of memories of me and my boyfriend, will i get it back? i already submitted a ticket to support and asked my bank to withdraw the dispute but im not sure what will happen if my bank refuses, would discord be understanding and still renable my account if my bank doesnt comply?
