Discord hasn’t answered my ticket in 2 weeks

Unless you are locked with the "Something's going on here" they should be able to help you.
You contacted Discord through your original email right? You have to contact them through the email you created your account with so they can verify that you're the owner.My personal experience with Discord support has been the worst ever experienced though, hope yours works out.

yeah I used my original email and they just ignore me. I have a total of around 15 emails sent and they just don’t respond.

they finally at least written to me on twitter after days of messaging and said “ Hey there, thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry for the delay in getting to your ticket. Our team is currently experiencing high volume, but I assure you they're doing all they can to get to your request as quickly as possible.” but that doesn’t make sense because people i know have gotten help way before i did and i’ve been asking for help for two weeks…

Discord couldnt give a damn in the first place. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
