PHONE VERIFICATION

I've been trying to verify my phone number for a few days now. I can't verify because I'm not getting ANY sms messages with the verification code. Please help. I INSERTED MY PHONE NUMBER BUT I'M NOT GETTING ANY VERIFICATION CODE SMS FROM DISCORD. Why am I forced to even verify with my phone number??? That doesn't make any sense. Verifying thru phone number is OPTIONAL in all other social media apps EXCEPT YOUR APP. I'M GONNA STAY LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I HAVE TO VERIFY USING MY PHONE NUMBER? WHY?? AND EVEN WHEN I TRY TO VERIFY USING MY PHONE NUMBER IM NOT RECEIVING ANY SMS MESSAGE AND THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN KNOWN FOR A FEW MONTHS WITH OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL AND IT HASN'T BEEN FIXED YET XDD??? PLEASE DO SOMETHING LET ME REGAIN ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT

    Yeah this happened to me. I have 2 discord accounts and I have to verify by phone for both of them. And when I try and log into one I have to verify my phone number and when I do I get the SMS code and then when I put it in it says this number is linked to another account.GOD PLS DISCORD FIX THIS
