hyper x cloud alpha s - mic quality issue

so after buying my alpha s I noticed that the mic quality was way worse than my friends mic ( he has a alpha non-s witch is the same headset but without 7.1 surround ) and I could not find a way to fix it, I tried all the settings all the fixes all the things people tell you to do but nothing seemed to help it, and that was very weird to me because when I used the mic monitoring feature in the included software of the headset it sounded amazing but even after contacting discord support we were not able to fix this issue.
