HELP! I'm having difficulty with Internet connection while viewing someone else's camera.

So me and my girlfriend usually video call all the time no problem, but ever since a couple of weeks ago, her video call started interrupting my internet somehow. now we can't video call without my wifi crashing. I'm not sure if it's my internet that is the problem or that its discord for some reason bugging up.
