Pay for programming changes
Simple programming tasks like being able to copy Channel Names shouldn't take but a few work hours. Currently if the Channel Name is in another language there is no way to copy it for translation. Yes this problem exists in 2021. No, Discord has no plans to helping.
How about $1500 kicked in from the public? That should be able make desired changes. Lord knows there are plenty of talented Russians that could do the trick themselves if given access.

Allowing people to pay for adding features is a double edged sword. It does allowed people to vote with their money which features should be added. However it also means that people with money control Discord and people without money are left out
