Multiple Push to Talk buttons

Ventrilo used to allow users to have 2 push to talk buttons.
These buttons were also assignable, which let you use a second button to only contact certain users without everyone hearing you while in the same channel.

This sort of option would be KILLER in discord. Is there any development being done to make this sort of thing a reality?
In regards to gameplay (WoW for example) it's a massive benefit when you can talk to a group of people in your class, or group, or even just your co-tank without having everyone else hear you while raid leads are talking to the entire group
