Direct Messages Disappear In VC

Whenever I enter a VC in a group chat or DMs, the chat section just completely disappears after being blocked by a wall of some sorts.

  Yeah the same thing is happening to me, I can't see anything at all.

  The person has probably Blocked You. The settings on DMs mean they won't all stay around once read. This is foremost for messages that contain images or videos. There is also the possibility that you've been sent 'disappearing messages' or the person has deleted the message they sent at their end.
