Feature Request - Sessions Menu.

So basically, The sessions menu is a place to see where and on which device a user have logged in.

If someone got phished or got (somehow) token-grabbed, they can see where they are logged in and either verify it's them or just delete the session. it would be even more secure of new sessions had limited access until verified (this can be optional though). this might be seen as inconvenience but since discord is the primary communication system for many people I think it is better than just sending an email about someone logging in.

It would be nice to include a small notification whenever someone logs in their account while they are using it. I mean what are the chances of a user typing to 2 people at the same time? not many people.
