Remove background for pop-out video window

The pop-out video call feature is awesome. However, it wastes an absolute ton of space on the background margins and window title-bar. Especially when in the more compact side-by-side mode, having the "Discord" branding somewhere is unavoidable, since they'll want to make sure that folks know what video software is being used. However, that should be tightly positioned right above/below the videos. Instead of having about 60% of the pop-out window being wasted black space and dark-grey window title, the majority of the window should be transparent (or have an option to become transparent) with only the video boxes remaining. This would make it feasible to use the video feature while playing a game with a few friends.
