Doorbell for accessing channels

The thought behind adding a Doorbell feature in the channel settings is to allow people to request access to either a locked channel they can see but lack the role/s to join or to politely ask the people already in a channel that the person does have access to, to join them if they want them in.  Essentially the same concept of a doorbell in real life, allowing a 1 minute window to a person to join a channel they'd otherwise be locked out of or to simply be like "hey all, I would like to come join".  I'm not pushing for this to be a feature that should always be enabled but as a form of moderation/server setting I think this'd be very beneficial for discord users!
