Can't stream RDR2 on my own server to my friend

When i tryed to stream rdr2, picture on it just freezing. If i press alt+tab, and going to discord, streaming works well, but when i going back, it's freeze again on the stream.

What i tryed: 

1. Reinstal discord

2. Turnin off steam overlays

3. Run as admin discord and steam and only one of them

4. Closed every program on my tray

5. Switched every options in discord

6. Switched game to full screen and windowed, borderless - dosn't help

I tryed all i gues(

Win 10 latest drivers

GTX 1070 latest drivers

I7 6700K

16Gb mem 

Same problem with other games
