Please help me. My account is compromised and I'm freaking out

I submitted 3 tickets asking for help because I got so nervous and worried about my account being gone forever. I hope they aren't seen as spam now... I really do hope they see them and reply soon. So, I got hacked, robbed, and my account now has a ToS violation because I tried to get my money back from the nitro gifts the hacker bought using my money. It wasn't me who bought any of that, so I just have no control over it. I really need help, I think my account is going to get deleted in 14 days because of this ToS violation rule that I didn't even mean to break. I had this account since 2016... I will lose everything if I'm just not getting any replies and I don't wanna lose everything. My Discord account is literally the main form of communication with people for me... Please help me, I'm really upset and scared about all this.
