Persistent packet loss

After several hours of fine behavior my voice started outputting high spikes of packet loss up to 80%. This was noticed by others in the call. I received voices just fine, but my outgoing voice had significant packet loss. Outgoing camera and voice were affected, but incoming were all just fine

I thoroughly updated, restarted, and reinstalled. Router restarts, device connections checked, various speed tests, settings changed several times, and even tested with other VOIP services. It's only discord. It started at seemingly random. It persisted for the rest of my evening. It made the service unusable.
