Voice channel (text chat): Read/Off settings

Λᵃʳᵒʰⁿⁿ Lᵃⁿᵈᵃᵒ

There are currently no options to allow/disallow roles from reading/seeing the voice channel text chats. There are only options for posting permissions and for chat history. 

There is also no option to simply turn off the text chats for a voice channel.

Both of these would be useful for moderating communities.
Please consider adding these options. Thanks!
