Discord Account Disabled Because an overcharge was reported

Hello! My discord account is disabled and the message received on the email as the following "Our records indicate that there are one or more chargebacks associated with purchases made on your account."

Can someone explain this to me? Why my account is disabled because of their own fault, all I did was reporting this overcharge to discord and now it's disabled because of this.

    You did a chargeback. It's a pretty standard business practice that if you submit a chargeback the business will terminate the account associated. You should have notified discord of the overcharge instead of your bank/credit card company and resolved it with discord support.
