When Discord appears to be running but gets stuck or won't open despite seemingly running on your system, the best thing you can do is kill the process and try to restart Discord again.

There could be a few different reasons why you're unable to access Discord, even though your internet connection appears to be working fine. Some potential causes include:

    • Discord's servers are down or experiencing high traffic
    • Your firewall or antivirus software is blocking access to Discord
    • Your router or network settings are preventing the connection
    • There is an issue with your DNS settings

You can try the following steps:

    • Restart your router and modem
    • Check to see if Discord's servers are currently down
    • Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software and try accessing Discord again
    • Check your router's settings to make sure nothing is blocking Discord
    • Try using a different device to see if the problem is specific to your device.
    • The Survey Portal - Tellthebell.com has same problem and got resolved with this solution.

For some reason this is a very prominent issue.

I tried several methods to make it work however none of them seem to be working.

    So I just gave up,

If ya'll find something let me know please.

This was also a re-occurring issue at the Mynordstrom website, idk if they have solved it or not.

If you're having trouble with your employee connection, it's important to troubleshoot the issue to regain access. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Verify your network connectivity: Check if your internet connection is stable and working properly. Ensure that other devices on the same network are able to connect without any issues.

    2. Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connection problems. Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

    3. Check network settings: Make sure you are connected to the correct network and that the network settings are configured correctly. Verify the Wi-Fi password if you are using a wireless connection.

    4. Contact your IT department or network administrator: If you are unable to establish a connection, reach out to your company's IT department or network administrator. They can provide guidance, check network settings, and assist with any specific configurations required for employee connection.

    5. Troubleshoot firewalls or security software: In some cases, firewalls or security software on your device may be blocking the connection. Temporarily disable any firewall or security programs to see if that resolves the issue. However, only do this if you are familiar with the security risks involved or consult your IT department for assistance.

    6. Clear cache and cookies: Clearing your browser cache and cookies can sometimes resolve connection issues. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies, then try reconnecting.

    7. Use a different device or network: If possible, try connecting from a different device or network to determine if the issue is specific to your current setup. This can help identify whether the problem is with your device or the network itself.

Remember, the specific steps may vary depending on your company's network setup and policies. It's best to consult with your IT department or network administrator for guidance tailored to your organization's specific requirements.

I understand that you have encountered a persistent issue, despite attempting multiple methods to resolve it. Eventually, you decided to give up on finding a solution. If there are any updates or resolutions regarding the issue, you would appreciate being informed. You also mentioned experiencing a similar problem on the MYCCPAY website and are unsure if it has been resolved.

If Discord is not connecting but your Wi-Fi is operational, try flushing your DNS cache by opening the command prompt and typing ipconfig /flushdns, then restart Discord. If the issue persists, check if Discord’s servers are down via their status page or try using a VPN to rule out an IP ban.  We'd like to invite you to explore our blog for informative discussions and insights on topics that matter to you. To resolve the issue of not being able to access Discord due to a "connection" problem, despite having a functioning Wi-Fi, try the following steps:

Restart Your Device: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Check Discord's Server Status: Visit Discord's status page to check if there are any ongoing issues with their servers.

Reset Your Router: Turn off your Wi-Fi router for about a minute and then turn it back on.

Clear Discord Cache: If you're using Discord on a browser, clear the cache. If it's on the app, try clearing the app cache in your device settings.

Disable VPN/Proxy: If you're using a VPN or proxy, disable it and try connecting to Discord directly.

For more detailed guides on troubleshooting internet and connectivity issues, you might find the resources at https://www-iliteblue.com/ helpful.

Update Discord App: Ensure your Discord app is updated to the latest version.

Check Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Sometimes, these can block Discord. Adjust the settings to allow Discord.

Use a Different Network: Try using a different Wi-Fi network or a mobile data connection to see if the issue is network-specific.

If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to Discord support for further assistance.
