i cant buy nitro on mobile+

when i tap on "subscribe today" on my phone, all it shows me is an error screen and a retry button. when i pressed on the retry button, same thing happened. i refresh and reinstalled the app but it did nothing. please help!

ive tried changing the battery mode, restarting my phone, switching wifi and data, still happens.

also this only happen on my phone, it works fine on my pc app and website.
