Prevent auto streamers in app from using your data

When you’re in a Voice Chat in a server you frequent, and someone, without warning turns on their front facing camera on their phone. This can take up a lot of data, more than voice, and you cannot turn it off when someone else decides to turn theirs on. Some of us have limited mobile data, or we don’t have strong enough wifi, and it can mess with us conversing with others on the server via voice. Please give us a choice to not stream someone’s front facing camera (or rear facing) so we can conserve bandwidth and data use.
