Not being able to appeal?

Hello again, I didn't get a "Account Disabled" notification/email. I've tried to appeal multiple times without success, but I would be able to if I had the reason as to why I've been disabled. I am also unsure if it's a temporary or permanent disable. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Tickets getting resolved, or a bot response. When I do get a human moderator, they don't respond and just resolve my ticket. I really just want to ultimately know the reason, and secondly get my account back. I've been exercising patience for a while. I really want a response and someone to at least tell my what I did wrong. Thank you,
