Ring around the server - Show When Active Voice Channels are being used

It's pretty annoying to manually click through Just to see if people are even IN voice chat. Without streaming, it does not really show up. I think a really simple solution would be to just have a small green/orange "ring" outline the discord server icon when active voice chats are going on.
