Make Highlights Notifications OFF by Default

This new feature is a pain. I'm not even sure whats it for but it is ON by default in ALL of the servers I'm in. There is no collective way to turn it off in my own settings. I have to right-click on every single server I'm in to turn it off. That's a lot of servers!

So either this option should be off by default (being beta) or have a universal opt-out/turn off option in our profile options under "notifications"

    I would also like to be able to opt-out of my messages being combed for topics about which to send notifications to others.

    If I’m talking about something heavy or personal in a channel set aside for such topics, I don’t want it broadcast to unsuspecting server members.
