Voice Channel Text Chat Permissions in ROLE PERMISSIONS

Basically: Specifically editing Voice Channel Text Chat permission within each roles permissions, instead of specifically split text channel and voice channel permissions, adding Voice Channel Text Permissions too.

OR...
Allow me to outright disable this feature, it is far beyond annoying to have to search through my server to find out where my MUTE friend is texting.  I find it wholly annoying that it hides the member list on the right.  I rather like seeing who's online.

    I do honestly feel like there needs to be an option to disable this feature outright, cuz i feel like there are already plenty of text channels available, now i'm having to look through even more channels?!
