Discord Chargebacks (2nd time)

Someone got a hold of my debit card, made 3 purchases. Two through debit card/paypal & one on another card. I contacted Paypal immediately. Discord disabled my acc but after a few days let me back in. They said I needed to contact my bank. I did and disputed those purchases. A few days ago, my acc got disabled/frozen again because my bank took action. I don't know what to do now.
