I got logged out and I can't log back in after I downloaded something a friend sent me

A friend gave me a link to download a game, but it logged me out and now it won't log me back in after downloading it and clicking on that game! I tried the 'Forgot Password', but it keeps saying "Email does not exist"! I even contacted support about the situation, and now I had to wait for probably a long time. Is there ANY way to fix this problem?

    Don't want to be the one telling you sad news but, that "game" was not a game. It was malware that stole your Discord Account and probably some other informations such as IP, Passwords, Cookies, Usernames, Bank Details and more. Please reset your computer, change your password everywhere(!) after resetting your PC or on a different device and contact your bank to find any ujnwanted charges the hacker might've made.

    Like the above poster said your computer is compromised and you will have to nuke it

    This malware just doesn't get your discord account

    You downloaded and ran a RAT (remote access trojan)

    If you save your passwords in your browser they are as good as compromised (because of this ALL your accounts are compromised)

    Also your browser cookies

    Lastly that wasn't your friend that sent you it

    it was the person who compromised their account

    Well at least now you know to NOT download/run shady programs

    Also never click on shady links

    This is internet security 101

    Now that I've finished resetting my computer, what should I do now in order to get my Discord account back?
