Misleading messages

Nearly every day I receive an email with a title along the lines of "[username] mentioned you in Thorswap". When I click on the link and log into discord, I discover that the new message is actually a very general, forum-wide post that has nothing to do with me. I am certainly NOT being mentioned anywhere. Short of completely unsubscribing from discord, how can I stop this annoying nonsense?

  in discord: settings --> notifications --> scroll down --> "unsubscribe from all marketing emails"

  Thanks for the suggestion Rdimo, but this did not affect the spurious emails. (I don't think the emails I'm receiving are actually marketing emails per se, so I'm not surprised this didn't work.) I'll contact Discord's support team directly for further suggestions. Thanks again!
