Feature Request - Picture/JPG Zooming

I would like to request the ability to zoom in or out on jpegs/pictures via the scroll wheel. An example of this feature is Microsoft Teams. If someone on Teams posts a screenshot of something and it's super small for whatever reason, I can scroll up and down on it to zoom in and out.

    the ctrl key and the + on your keyboard increase the view, it's like a zoom
