schedule bot commands

I tried scheduling bot commands by scheduling messages, but apparently, it needs to be done by me in live time inorder to be a bot command and not just text that looks like one.i was hoping to schedule the bot command "/YouTube search:  ", but message scheduling did not succeed in activating the bot command.
