Hovering over a message that is a reply to a message covers reply so you can't navigate to it

When someone replies to a message from someone that has a long name and the window isn't in full screen, the little options that you get (reaction, reply, thread, and more) when hovering over the message covers the message that was replied to meaning you can't click on the message to navigate to that first message unless you resize the window. This is really frustrating and I feel like could be solved easily by not putting that menu of options when you hover over a message over the top of the message, maybe having the menu appear above the message instead.
