Report Admin abuse or toxic staff after an ban abuse

Could please add an functionality to report any staff actions that applied to the victim user like a report button for every kick, ban or deafen actions from admin abuse and prevent toxic staffs. This could handle more and be handy for anyone. We don't have a counter card agaisn't toxic staff. We needs tools to prevent admins abuses or any issues cases. 

This could force owner of the server to take actions to prevent toxic staff. We needs a better and safer community.

  This is more a thing for the server-founder, I don't really see this needed.

  If it's about toxication in the insulting way, you still have the possibility to report user to Discord Support Center (Trust & Safety Team). https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us
