This is not possible currently due to how it all works. And I doubt they overthrow the whole system just because someone thinks they should make every single user happy.

Not possible (with the current system). On the other hand, why are they your friends if you don't want them see you streaming? Remove them then otherwise deal with them seeing you streaming.

The server does not get deleted. After one month someone from the server can contact Discord Support and they'll make the most appropriate user (in terms of permissions/hierachy) the new owner.
