My account is hacked

Someone got into my account from another device even tho I deleted their device and changed my password they still manges to do that also they join po** servers and send invitations to my friends someone plz help me

    intenta con cambiar la contraseña del correo que tienes asociado a discord, probablemente tengas un virus y agarró tmb tu correo.
