[Feature Request] User volume normalization

On traditional music apps, there is a feature allowing volume normalization so that every music you listen to feels like it's recorder at the same input volume.

It would be nice to have as an option a way to normalize a channel's users volume to be able to not have to adjust everyone depending on the way they speak or their mic quality.

  yes please we need an option that could make all other users volumes the same.
