Chat Text Colour and Background

Chat Colours
Having a set amount of colours people can use if they have the permissions (having it as permissions is optional or @everyone role can be set) to colour there own chat for the sole purpose of being visually dynamic / unique and to separate users from others.

Chat Backgrounds
Kind of the same as the above it can either be set per roles with permissions users can use to colour there chat if the server allows it.

Both Combined
This can be dependent on the users account settings so a user can have a default background colour and chat colour. Servers should have the ability to allow users settings to apply on there servers or to be denied and use the default discord.

Server owners should be allowed to set a chat colour and background colour on specific roles to either make staff stand out or allow lets say donators roles to stand out. This can also be default for Nitro Boosters configurable by whoever has perms to disable that role from having it!
