Threads should have the option to disable new message notifications.
I don't like that I have to leave a thread if I don't want the new message symbol to appear.
Currently you can not mute threads at all, which makes it really annoying if you just wanna see what people are talking about but not actually participate in the conversation.

Yes, I would like thread notifications to copy the channel notifications. Defaulting to "all messages" with the channel it was created in was set to "only @mention" makes no sense.
