2FA Lockout

Ok so I've been locked out my account going on 3-4 years I have a saved credit card on there that has been funding nitro this whole time the main problem that infuriates me the most is I cannot access it and you guys cannot do anything about it apparently. And I do not want to pick deletion because I have lots of stuff on that account so I'm in a pick your own medicine situation, Either keep the account and continue to waste money on nothing OR Delete the account and loose everything. This is my last time checking too see If there is anything you can do before I just delete it. Because I have been at this for like 4 years since it happen and I'm getting sick of it. No need to run me through the steps I don't have the codes and there not saved anywhere just be straightforward with me. Thanks...
