If you have access to the email address connected to your Discord account, please double check that you are submitting your refund request from that email address.

Please fully review our billing issue options and make sure you are using the correct category. The more accurately you submit your ticket, the faster we can process your request.

Usernames are case sensitive. Please make sure you submit your username exactly as it is displayed on Cash App or Venmo.
