Staged Edits

an extension on Nelly's Maintenance Mode
a way for server administrators to edit the server without affecting the active community, a sort of containerized version where you can make bulk edits and do testing, before deploying it to the public server.
Like you would have a beta or active-development branch in development, where you figure out the best way to implement a new system, before adding it to a full release of the application.
A similar ordeal to what OBS has with Studio Mode, where you can add, remove, and edit scenes and sources without affecting the active scene that's actually being shown to the audience.
