You must be over a minimum age to use Discord or access certain features or content. The minimum age requirements are different in different countries: you must be at least 13 to use Discord, but in some countries you may need to be as old as 16. We require you to confirm their age group to satisfy that minimum age requirement for your region.
If you satisfy the minimum age requirement and are old enough to use Discord, we use your age group (adult or teen) to determine if you can access content and settings meant for adults.
