To redeem in Discord, you must be a first time Nitro subscriber. This offer excludes existing Discord Nitro or Nitro Classic members, as well as anyone who has had a trial membership in the past 12 months.

Note: Redeeming this promotion makes you ineligible for other partner Nitro Rewards (like Xbox Game Pass, Logitech, or SteelSeries discounts) for the duration of the trial.
Note: This promotion is only eligible in the following regions: United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Users who have never had an active Nitro membership on their Discord accounts are eligible to redeem this Nitro promotion.

Users who have had a Discord Nitro membership at any point on their accounts and have had a Nitro Classic or Nitro Basic membership in the past 12 months are ineligible to redeem this promotion.

If a user has had a Nitro Basic, Nitro Classic, or Server Boosting membership active on their account and they've never had a Nitro membership, redeeming this promotion will override that membership.

We will not be able to refund any leftover membership time from those, and the user will be forfeiting the remainder of the existing membership when activating the 3 month Nitro trial.

Users who have already claimed a gift from this promotion are not eligible to claim further gifts from this promotion.

Requirements:

Claim in the T-Life app from September 29, 2026 (5:00AM ET) to October 6, 2026 (4:59AM ET) and redeem on your Discord account by November 5, 2026 (4:59AM ET).

Membership:

After the 3 month trial period, your Nitro membership will convert to a monthly recurring subscription, and Discord will bill your payment method for per month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your Discord User Settings.

How do I claim the Nitro Promo in the T-Life App?

As long as you're a qualifying T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile member in the United States, you'll be able to claim the Nitro promo from the T-Life app from September 29, 2026 (5:00AM ET)  to October 6, 2026 (4:59AM ET).

Eligibility for Claiming this Promotion in the  T-Life App

In order to claim this promotion link, you'll need to be a qualifying T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile member and you’ll need  the T-Life app.

  • The code must be saved and redeemed in  the T-Life app by October 6, 2026 (4:59AM ET).
    • The code must be redeemed on your Discord account by  November 5, 2026 (4:59AM ET).

Just to clarify - if you have had a Discord Nitro membership at any point on your account and have had a Nitro Classic or Nitro Basic membership in the past 12 months, you are ineligible to redeem this promotion.

So long as you have had a Nitro Basic, Nitro Classic, or Server Boosting membership active on your account and you've never had a Nitro membership, you will be able to redeem this promotion and replace it with the 3 months Nitro membership.

However, please note: By choosing to activate this 3-month trial, you will lose any features associated with your current memberships, and you will not receive a refund for any remaining value on your current membership.

At the end of the promotion period, you'll be converted to a paying Nitro membership per month unless you cancel your membership.

Payment Info and Subscription Questions

Q: Why do I need to submit my payment info to redeem Nitro?

A: Because Nitro is a membership plan, at the end of your 3-month trial, we will start your first billing cycle so you can continue to enjoy Nitro on Discord. However, you can cancel the Nitro membership at any time before the end of the 3 months.

Q: Why do I see a temporary hold/charge on my account when this is supposed to be a free promotion?

A: Just to clarify, this Nitro promotion is free, however, there will be a temporary hold placed on the payment method upon activating the promotion. This is to help Discord confirm the payment method works as expected and to prevent the use of fraudulent payment methods. This charge will appear in your Discord transaction history, and it may appear as a hold on your payment method. We immediately reverse the temporary hold, and you'll see that reflected in your Discord transaction history. Your bank may take longer to remove the hold from your payment method.

Note: Banks will usually remove the temporary hold from your account within a few business days. If your Discord transaction history does not show the hold released after 5 business days, please let us know at https://dis.gd/contact, and our support team will be able to investigate this issue further.

Q: What if I don't see the Nitro promo in the T-Life app, even if I'm a T-Mobile member?

A: If you're seeing an "Oh no! It looks like you have Nitro already" error, that means that the Discord account you're trying to redeem this promotion on currently has a Nitro membership so it is ineligible for this Nitro promotion. Please make sure you're logged into the account that you want to redeem this promotion on.

Q: I see a "Sorry, looks like you've already had a Nitro sub!" error when I try to redeem my Nitro promo.
