Ability to hide (blank out) user profile pics for moderators

Server mods should be able to blank out a users profile picture. It could still be visible on their profile, but any innapropriate or offensive pfps wouldn't appear in chat or the sidebar. The current solution to innapropriate/offensive pfps that aren't NSFW is to tell of the person and maybe kick them. This would allow for an easier solution for all parties with no inconveniences, not exploitable by server staff ( much less so than being able to change nicknames). And not harmful to the user with the hidden pfp

    It would not be recommended that Mods have this privilege. Why? Because there are malicious mods and can harm users. Posting Profile Pictures that do not violate Discord Rules is a Right of All Discord Users.

    Can you explain how this could be abused by malicious mods? It would only be for a specific server and they wouldn't choose the pfp, it'd just be the default one in a random colour
